This page explains, in plain language, what information RideInsight collects when you register for early access and how we use it. RideInsight is in early access; a full, legally-reviewed privacy policy will be published before general availability.
What we collect
- Your email address: to create your account and send you launch and access updates.
- Your phone number: to verify your registration.
- Your market (country, region, city): to match you to the right launch experience.
- Your driver type and platforms: to tailor the app to how you work.
- A referral code, if you were referred: to attribute your referral correctly.
How we use it
We use your information to operate your account, deliver the registration and onboarding experience, send you relevant launch and access communications, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
How it is stored
Your data is stored in our managed database and processed by the service providers that run our registration, email, and hosting infrastructure, under their respective data-protection terms.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration data at any time by emailing support@rideinsight.app.
